Learning Outcomes:  Students will utilize culinary skills and ability to read and follow a recipe to create several different items in a lab situation.

 May 2-5:  Students will be creating special desserts for a "dessert tea" on May 5.

May 2 - Place settings

May 3 & 4 - Preparation of desserts

​

May 5 - Final and dessert tea

​

May 6 - Cocession Stand

​

May 9-13 - Cleaning the kitchen
